Partendo dagli Halflings base https://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/core-races/halfling farei: 

- Halfling Cuoreforte: sostituire Halfling Luck (2RP) con Talento Bonus (4RP) considerando che l'halfing base arriva a soli 9RP va più che bene
- Halfling Piedilesti: aggiungere Fleet of Foot (1RP)
- Halfing degli Spiriti: sostituire Halfling Luck (2RP) con 

• Silent Speech. You can speak telepathically to any creature within 30 feet of you. The creature understands you only if the two of you share a language. You can speak telepathically in this way to one creature at a time.
  

Spannometricamente valuterei Silent Speech con 4RP quindi direi che ci siamo
